Future delegates, Harvard National Model United Nations is a simulation of UN conference held by Harvard University on 14 - 17 February 2013 in Boston, Massachusetts, USA as the 59th session. It will be joined by 3000 students from over 40 countries worlwide and 29 substantive committees within.

• Paper regarding one of the topic we've chosen for you. Please make it 500 words in minimal. Here are the topics:
